ARKILA SELF-PHOTO STUDIO BOOKING POLICY Please note: 1. Each individual/pet is considered 1 pax in a group. 2. Only children of 3-years old and below are FREE of charge. Parents or Guardians who’ll assist the child in the photoshoot are already subject to charge. 3. Maximum number of pax depends on your package. 4. You can only book 1 package per slot. If you wish to avail multiple packages, kindly make another booking. PAYMENT TERMS: 1. Full Payment should be settled until 5 hours prior your scheduled slot to apply the online booking rate. Any add-ons incurred during the shoot must be settled prior release of the photo prints. 2. Booking Payments should only be settled to the respective payment channels of each branch. 3. Proof of payment must be sent to the official email address of the Self-Shoot Studio branch. Non-receipt of proof of payment shall forfeit the chosen time slot. REMINDER FOR PET OWNERS: 1. Please be informed that your pets should be on a leash and in diapers before entering the studio. Arkila Camera & Studios will not be liable for any injury or damage incurred by/to the pet or to studio staffs and/or other clients. LATE POLICY 1. Please arrive on time! We only allot a 15 minute grace period for your slot. 2. If you arrive later than the grace period, your package will be converted to Walk-in Rate and charge you additional cost. 3. Your slot will be forfeited if you do not show up for your scheduled session. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellation of booking is not permitted. We follow NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND POLICY. 2. You may reschedule your slot for free after your payment has been made until 48 hours prior your scheduled slot. 3. A rescheduling fee (50% of your package) will be charged should you wish to reschedule your slot after the lock-in period.
